Mental Health Training and Advocacy
I am deeply passionate about raising mental health awareness and breaking the stigma that still surrounds it.
“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor and more unashamed conversation.”

Bringing Real Conversations into Everyday Spaces
I am deeply passionate about raising mental health awareness and breaking the stigma that still surrounds it. I believe these conversations don’t just belong in counseling offices—they belong in classrooms, workplaces, churches, and community spaces. That’s why I offer engaging, practical training tailored for educators, parents, employees, and faith leaders.
Whether I’m speaking in a classroom, boardroom, or sanctuary, my goal is to spark meaningful conversations that are relatable, honest, and impactful. My training is designed to educate in a down-to-earth way, reduce stigma, and equip people with practical tools to support both themselves and others. It’s a privilege to help groups feel more confident and compassionate when talking about mental health and to make emotional well-being a visible, valued part of their culture.

Whether the focus is managing stress, building resilience, improving communication, or learning how to support someone in distress, each workshop is designed to help participants:
